The food is great, and the breakfast was good, with exceptionally nice units that have 2 beds.

The hotel was in a decent location near the casino, shopping, and good restaurants. The room had a writing desk, a couch, and an iron available.

What a great stay, nothing to complain about. Clean hotel with welcoming staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Easy access to Erie International airport, within 12 miles.

The location in a nice quiet area was decent and amazing and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. The airport was 20 km away. The rooms were recently renovated for the pull out couch bed, really enjoyed it. Had a good hot and excellent breakfast with sausage and waffels, for example.

We reserved a large, clean room and loved that it was conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed.

The breakfast was great, lots off variety and plentiful. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfy, location was good and the check out time of noon was much better than 11...made a big difference to not rush out.

I booked a deluxe queen room with a sofa bed and sitting area, when we arrived they gave me a single queen room. They said that Booked.net overbooked them and gave us a double room, which was fine but the t.v. was an old tube t.v. They did accommodate and relocate to another double room with a flat screen. Bathroom fan did not work.

In the past we have stayed at this hotel and the pool was really hot/warm this time the pool was freezing and not comfortable. Also we were on the fourth floor and there was absolutely no wifi at all

The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Presque Isle Downs and Casino. It was just next door to a bar, the outlet, and Presque Isle State Park.

The service was awful. When asked to switch to non smoking bEva use my daughter has asthma was told no more rooms. I asked to cancel and she came up with a room slammed my room key back at me on the counter and said here. Room was still on smoking floor my brother asked for non smoking and they switched with no problem. Rooms were not clean.
